Be Sew Bizzy - Terms and Conditions

 

All sales are final.

Event fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Be Sew Bizzy.

​

Large or bulky items may incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you if this is the case.

​

All orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are released by the vendors and received by Be Sew Bizzy. If you need available items sooner, please contact us to arrange for payment of resulting additional shipping costs.

Order errors caused by technical issues or misconfigurations with the web site will result in cancellation of the order. If you still want the order after it is cancelled, please contact us to discuss how we may be able to come to agreement.

We attempt to ship all orders of in-stock items within one week from the date of the order. Some items may go out of stock and we replenish them as soon as possible. Items on our web site are either in-stock or available to us from our distributors. Be Sew Bizzy is not responsible for shipping delays, either for items that have to be ordered for you from our vendors, or in shipping to customers.

Be Sew Bizzy is a one person shop. If you need something in a hurry, please contact us to see what we can do. Thank you for your patience.

Some fabric kits are cut in store. Depending on order volume, kits cut in store may take up to six weeks to ship.
